What the water do to your health system

Hello everyone,i'm gonna talk about Benefits of the water,and what the water to your system health, every one of us drinking the water and doesn't know why,probably know because you thirsty, i would say you right, but there is something you may don't know or probably you'v heard it or read it before,if you did its okay you can see and read my perspective, and also if you someone around you don't know it, you probably want to help by letting him/her know it, its not important but its good to knowledge.

Anyway the water is something everything needs,even the trees and animals,and also the humans,did you know that the human body have  50%-60% of water,Dehydration can have a noticeable effect if you lose as little as 2% of your body’s water content,anyway in this post we will take a look on what the water do to our health system and its benefits.

1-First benefit is Mood:

Drinking water is good for mood because it improves the mood,there is Research indicates that mild dehydration (even one or two percent lower hydration level of hydration than optimal) can negatively affect your mood and ability to think,and also there is A  study conducted on 25 women and published in the Journal of Nutrition found that being dehydrated can take a toll on your mood and cognitiive function. The color of your urine is a good indicator of your level of hydration. The lighter the color the better the level of hydration and vice versa.

2-Second benefit is Digestion and Constipation:

if you have any Constipation problems, then the water for you, it prevent for you the Constipation,Inadequate water in the body often results in constipation as the colon pulls water from the stools to maintain hydration,and also good for the digestion process,, thereby making them harder and difficult to pass,so Drinking sufficient water boosts your metabolism and helps the body properly break down food,This helps your digestive system work well and promotes regular bowel movements. Warm water, in particular, is good for digestive health.

3-Third benefit is your sleep:

the water have the ability to Flushes Out Toxins and its an excellent detoxifier as it helps flush out toxins from your body and get rid of waste primarily through sweat and urine, and also its good for kidney stone,because it promotes kidney function and reduces kidney stones by diluting the salts and minerals in urine that cause kidney stones.

The Water is good thing for weight, because Drinking plenty of water can help you lose weight,and there is  two studies,about the water, the studies shows that  drinking half a liter (17 ounces) of water increase metabolism by 24-30% for up to 1.5 hours (26, 27).so This means that drinking 2 liters of water every day can increase your total energy expenditure by up to 96 calories per day.
